Watercolor Workshop @ Ballston Quarter - 11am on June 20th

Let's get analog! Spend the afternoon learning watercolor basics among the greenery at Rewild with local educator and artist Mia Coutinho, PhD.

This beginner watercolor workshop will guide guests through painting expressive botanicals and florals while learning foundational watercolor techniques including layering, brush control,  and creating soft organic shapes. Designed to be approachable, calming, and creatively inspiring, this class is perfect for complete beginners or anyone looking to reconnect with creativity in a welcoming, natural environment. Guests will leave with finished floral pieces (e.g. stationary and hand-painted thank you cards), new artistic skills, and a relaxing experience surrounded by nature.
