We provide a 3-day return on un-potted plants and a 90-day guarantee on all our plants. If your plant faces any issues within 90 days, we'll replace it or offer store credit.
Yes we do prefer if you are home for plant deliveries! An additional $24.99 charge applies for missed deliveries.

Yes, you can pick up your purchase anytime during store hours. A 15% restocking fee applies if not picked up within 1 week of purchase.
