Understanding Plant Parenthood
Plants operate on a different time scale, and acclimating to a new space takes time. Most questions arise within the first three weeks to three months—normal acclimation stress. Check our FAQ and blog for insights, especially if you're new to plant parenting.

- Unpotted Plants: Return within 2 days for a full refund if in original condition. Measure and visualize before purchase to avoid surprises!
- 60-Day Guarantee: Plants are guaranteed for 60 days post-purchase for replacement. Issues within this window must be documented with images and care details sent to hello@rewilddc.com. We reserve the right to assess discounts, refunds, or replacements at our discretion.
- Rare Plants Exclusion: Rare plants are excluded from discounts, returns, or refunds. Procuring rare specimens comes with unique challenges, and their survival depends on your preparation.
